Where can I buy apps for my tablet?
Apps can be purchased through the Windows Store. The Windows Store apps are certified for compatibility and content. Currently there are many thousands of apps available including Games, Entertainment, Books and Reference, Education and more. Many apps are free as well.
What is the total space available for storage and RAM? The device shows less than what is claimed.
The reason the device shows less memory than is claimed, is because the actual Operating System takes up some space on the tablet. The memory that is shown as ‘available’ is the remainder memory after the initial installation of the Operating System and default apps. We try to minimize the space taken by the OS, by using fewer preloaded apps. Our objective was to make your experience as smooth as possible.
I forgot my Password, How to I open up my tablet?
Refer the instructions provided by Microsoft on how to reset your password: see http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/account-reset-password-forgot-faq If this does not work, then you would need to reset the tablet.
How do you reset the Windows tablet?
Turn on the tablet, Press and hold the "SHIFT" key when the unit is on the welcome page. While holding the "Shift" key use the mouse and scroll down to "RESTART" and continue to hold the shift key while the tablet restarts. It will go to the troubleshooting page and select the reset the PC. It will give you 2 choices and select the one you want.
Please note: This method is only for 2 in 1 PC tablets. If you have just the windows tablet you would need to connect an OTG cable to the tablet so you can connect a USB keyboard to proceed with the reset.
Can you connect a USB hub to my tablet to connect multiple devices?
Yes you can connect a hub using an OTG cable and connect multiple devices to the tablet. However you would not be able to charge the tablet and also run the USB hub. If it’s a self powered USB hub with its own power source it can charge the tablet. Please note: Some of our 2in1 tablets have a regular USB port where you can also connect the USB hub.
I lost my drivers to my tablet, how to I download them and install back into the tablet?
You may be able to download them from our download center of our support page. You would need to find your model tablet and click on Driver. You would need to save them to either a SD card or Flash Drive. Once its complete you would need to go to the device manager of the tablet. Insert the SD card or flash drive to the tablet. You can either try to scan for new hard ware under (ACTIONS) or click on the driver you need and select it. The tablet will ask you to either search the web or Browse your tablet. If you downloaded the driver to an SD card or flash drive select BROWSE MY COMPUTER FOR DRIVER SOFTWARE and search within the tablet. It will ask you to browse and direct the file to where you downloaded the driver too.
After the Windows update my tablet no longer has space. How do I free more space for my tablet?
You would need to perform a Disk Clean up. You can go to File Manager, click on C drive go to properties and select Disk Clean up. It will show you all the files loaded on the tablet in which you can choose to remove which files you don’t need.
How do you connect a printer to my Windows 10 tablet?
To connect a printer on a network, go to Start, then select Settings > Devices > Add a printer or scanner. Choose the one you want and select Add device. If your printer connects to your PC by a cable, just plug in the cable. Your printer will connect automatically, and your PC will download the right drivers. You can use it right away.
My tablet will not respond. What can I do?
Try pressing and holding the power button until the tablet turns off. Give it about 10 to 30 seconds and try powering it back on to see if it works.
How do I turn off the apps in the background on my Windows 10 Tablet?
You can swipe from the left edge to the right on the screen. You would then see what apps are running on the tablet. You can select the ones you would like to turn off.
My tablet does not turn on. What can I do to get it to turn on?
Try plugging in your tablet to the charger and wait for at least 15 minutes to acknowledge that the unit is charging. It could be that the tablet is completely dead to where both the screen and unit and it needs some charge to be acknowledged.
How can I set up my Microsoft or other email?
In the Mail or Calendar app, select Settings at the bottom left. Go to Accounts > Add account, choose your account type, and then follow the instructions. Make sure you know if its IMAP or POP format setting for your email account.
How do you activate OFFICE 365 to the tablet?
For Windows 8.1 do the following: On the start screen Slide your finger from the right side of screen to the left You will get some Icon come up. Select Search Type in Office You will get an Icon Microsoft Office Select it You will be directly to Desktop on the tablet Office 365 will pop up and hit activate This should walk the customer through the process.
For Windows 10 to activate Office 365:
Next to the start option click on search Icon Type in Office Select the Office App. It would walk you through the process.
Can I connect my tablet to the TV for viewing?
Yes some of our tablets have a mini HDMI port where you can connect your tablet to your TV using a mini to HDMI cable. However our TM800W560L uses a micro HDMI port instead so the cable would be micro HDMI to HDMI cable. Some tablets that don’t have this port can be connected to a SMART TV or Device that supports WIRELESS display. You would need to see if your TV instruction on how to connect the device.
Can TMAX repair my Tablet if it breaks, or I drop it in water? Physical damage is not covered under the manufacture warranty. You can contact our customer service dept for options on getting a repaired or replacement unit for a service fee.
I have a Windows 8.1 tablet; can it be upgraded to Windows 10?
Yes you can upgrade the tablet to Windows 10. Please keep in mind that the last day to get the free upgrade to Windows 10 is July 29, 2016. Please note: TM808 may not be able to upgrade to Windows 10 due to not enough memory.
How do I connect my Bluetooth keyboard to the tablet?
To connect the KBT8 Bluetooth keyboard to the tablet, follow these steps: Turn the keyboard power switch to the ON position. The power indicator light will stay on for about five seconds, and then the indicator light will turn off. Then press the “Connect” button, the Bluetooth indicator light will flash. The keyboard is now ready to connect to the tablet. On the tablet, from the Start screen, go to the “Settings” menu (click the icon), then select “PC and devices”. Select and set “Bluetooth”. The tablet computer will automatically search for the available Bluetooth keyboard device and show that it is “Ready to Pair” with the tablet. Select “Pair”. Use the keyboard to enter the password code as displayed on screen. The tablet will show “Connected” once the Bluetooth connection has been established.

How do I recharge the Bluetooth keyboard?
When battery power is running low, the power light will start flashing indicating that you need to recharge the keyboard. Step 1: Attach the long USB cable (included with this keyboard) to the short transfer cable (included with the tablet). Step 2: Connect the long USB cable to the keyboard’s USB port and the other end to the tablet. NOTE: Tablet must be powered on to charge the keyboard (tablet power ON, keyboard power OFF).
