OTA app on the tablet is for us to fix any bugs in the tablet that has been reported. If there is a fix for any bug issues reported then it’s possible we can fix the issue by providing an OTA update onto the tablet. Some tablet may use a system update depending on the IOS on the tablet.

First your unit must be running 6.0 Marshmallow. Once you insert the micro SD card, the tablet will prompt you to select the option you wish to use. You would need to select “USE AS INTERNAL STORAGE” and follow the prompts to you the set up the micro SD card.

Please note: It would format the card in which it would not work on any other devices.

Anything before Android 6.0 Marshmallow, you would not be able to transfer apps to an External SD card. There may be some third party apps that may allow you to do this or even root the tablet but we do not recommend doing this as it could result in damaging your tablet where it can void your warranty.

Similar to computers, cell phones, and laptops, tablets also freeze. Usually, freezing occurs from overloading the processor, running too many App’s at the same time, or using the tablet while updates take place in the background. If you notice the tablet acting sluggish, check the notification bar for any updates and downloads or other unused apps that are open.

Try pressing and holding down the power button to turn the tablet off. Give it about 10-20 seconds and turn it back on and try using the tablet.

The tablet may require charging. Plug the AC adapter into wall making sure the tablet has a proper connection and is charging. • Try connecting the tablet to a computer using the USB cable and see if the tablet is charging. If the tablet is charging there may be a problem with the AC adapter. Please allow up to 10 to 30 minutes to see if the tablet is charging.

Make sure the WI-FI setting on your tablet is set to ON. • Verify you’re SSID and password is correct on your router. (Typically, you only need to set this one time and the Tablet will remember it in the future.) • Check that your Firewalls are not blocking the tablet from connecting to the Internet.

Note: your wireless router must support WI-FI 802.11b/g. If your router supports 802.11n make sure it’s configured to accept 802.00b/g. To ensure that you are making the correct text entry enable SHOW PASSWORD located below the password entry.

When developers make apps, they have to specify any hardware/software requirements such as if the app needs GPS, telephony features, or if it will only work on a certain Android operating systems. Another reason it may be incompatible by Google Play is that it is set to require a certain screen resolution – or maybe portrait/landscape mode defaults. Also can be an update that the app performed which caused it to be incompatible.

The unit only operates on Android IOS that currently on the tablet and updating the OS is not an option. Companies charge extra for upgrades, we don’t offer an upgrade feature because sometimes the hardware on the tablet can’t keep up with new OS.

Any updates available will occur when you connect to the WIFI. If we ever have an update on the tablet we will notify you if you registered the product or Android will provide you their fix for this.
