We do not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions or statements posted on its blog or social media accounts. Any information or material placed on our website are the views and responsibility of those making the comments and do not necessarily represent the views of NuVision or its employees.
You hereby grant NuVision a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, delete, and distribute any User Generated Content you send to us. You also grant us the right to use the nickname you use when you submit content to us. By submitting a comment for posting, you agree that NuVision is not responsible and shall have no liability to you with respect to any information or materials posted, including defamatory, offensive, false, misleading or illegal content. You will indemnify NuVision for all claims resulting from content you submit. NuVision reserves the right to monitor and remove any content.
We strive to provide the most updated and accurate product descriptions to you. However, we do not warrant that our description is accurate, complete, or reliable. If you find a product is not as described, you can contact our customer service for further assistance.
We charge you only when we ship the products.
Our order confirmation to you does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor the confirmation of an offer to sell. Risk of Loss Upon Delivery
The risk of loss and title will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier only.

TMAX Digital does not warrant the operation will be uninterrupted or error free. distributor bears the entire risk as to the results, quality and performance of the products. No oral or written information or advice given by TMAX Digital shall create a warranty.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY MANNER CONNECTED WITH ANY DEVICE SOLD, OR THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE DEVICE, OR LOSS OF USE OF THE DEVICE, COMPENSATION, REIMBURSEMENT OR DAMAGES ON ACCOUNT OF THE LOSS OF PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE PROFITS.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute or claim relating to the use of NuVision website shall be resolved by binding arbitration located in Los Angeles, California. The laws of the State of California will govern term of use and any dispute that might arise without regard to conflict of laws.
Return & Exchange Policy, Refund, Shipping, Scheduled Delivery
Defective Returns will be accepted for exchange within 15 days of the shipment date. Email us at email@example.com or call (866) 490-9945 to have your part diagnosed. Once a claim has been determined, you will receive a valid return authorization number (RA#). This number must be clearly written on your package to insure that the exchange is processed appropriately. You are responsible for the transportation costs to our warehouse and Tmax Digital will pay the cost of shipping back to you. After inspection, should any return be determined not to be defective, as reported, it will be subject to a 10% handling charge and the cost of shipping the package back to you.
Refused Shipment Packages received without a valid return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) clearly written on the outside of the package will be refused by our warehouse. To obtain a valid return authorization number (RMA#), email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (866) 490-9945.
On Cancellation Orders we incur shipping and handling costs. In the event that an order is cancelled or refused, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If it is determined that a shipment was made in error on the part of TMAX Digital, we will accept the return back at our expense and credit your account or ship out the proper product immediately upon the receipt of the returned item(s).
Refund Policy for a return is 14 days from shipping date on finished goods such as tablets, and other CE products. Accessories and parts such as rechargeable batteries, remote controls, and adapters are final sales unless an incorrect model number was ordered or the accessory is found not to be compatible for the device intended. Any return must include the following: original packaging, box, styro-foam, plastic bags, manuals, cords, etc. Packages must be received with a valid return authorization number clearly written on a separate piece of paper, attached to the package.
